I cannot recommend the Carebrick System enough. We own a 1930’s property in a coastal town. When we bought the property we discovered it has quite significant damp issues due to a combination of the age of the property and the climate. We decided, after a lot of research to install the Carebrick System. Dealing with the Carebrick team from first contact, arranging the installation and then the 12 month check has been a pleasure. They always arrived on time and made no mess at all as the system is installed from outside. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT THE SYSTEM WORKS. We noticed a difference in just a few weeks. After a year the damp measurements inside the house are now completely normal. If you are having any doubts about installing the Carebrick system don’t. You are in safe hands.

I was sceptical about the Care Brick damp system as it was something totally different to the traditional method of a Chemical injection. I shouldn’t have been concerned, Care Brick were very professional  and reassuring from start to finish. The installation took just a few hours and nothing needed installing inside the property. Soon after the work was completed the plaster work slowly started to dry out. A year later those damp meter readings of around 8 to 9 reduced to below 3 with no flaking paintwork, mess or decoration to worry about. The life time guarantee was very reassuring to the new owners – The Care Brick system worked a treat without the mess!

We are so pleased with the work carried out and the damp is going and thank goodness we may not lose the sale of our house now.  Your workman was excellent and did not leave any mess at all and we very helpful and informative. "When you arrange work to be done via the phone/e-mail and do not know the company/person involved you are always worried if they are a good and honest company. Carebrick are a good and honest company. We arranged for them to install one of their systems into our house. The Installation Engineers arrived and explained everything that was required and put our minds at rest. During their work they found that we could have asbestos in our walls. They came around and explained the problem to us. After talking to the office staff, it was arranged that a sample would be collected a few hours later the same day for delivery to be examined by experts. The sample came back positive, it was arranged that our deposit would be returned. We had not expected our deposit back, which was a real positive. This proves that some companies can be trusted completely. All the office staff, Installation Engineers etc., were all excellent and helped us so much"
